These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Boldridge Play website and social casino service (the "Service"), operated by COFFEE AT NO. 18 LTD ("we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
Boldridge Play is a free-to-play social casino. The Service offers casino-style games for entertainment only. The Service uses a virtual in-game currency ("Chips") which has no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money on this Service, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be redeemed for any real-world prize. The Service does not offer real-money gambling. No deposit of real funds is required. No real cash prizes are available.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and that the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
You create a free account using an email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Delete your account at any time by emailing contact@boldridge.org.
4. Virtual Chips
- Chips are awarded on signup, refreshed daily, and earned through gameplay.
- Chips have no monetary value and are not transferable to other users or external systems.
- Chips cannot be purchased with real currency on the Service.
- Chips cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or any other thing of value.
- We may modify, suspend, or remove Chips at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt unauthorised access; (c) use bots or automation; (d) reverse-engineer the Service; (e) impersonate any person; or (f) use the Service if under 18.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Service is owned by COFFEE AT NO. 18 LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
